Trust and Safety: To verify identities, conduct background checks, and prevent fraud or illegal activity (e.g., excluding known criminals, per your Terms).

Tax Compliance: To issue IRS Forms 1099-NEC/K for Coaches earning $600+ annually (or $20,000+/200 transactions for 1099-K, dropping to $600+ in 2025), per your tax form question.

Personalization: To tailor search results, recommendations, or ads based on your preferences, location, or usage.

Analytics: To analyze Platform performance, user trends, and engagement (e.g., via aggregated data).

Customer Support: To respond to inquiries or resolve disputes via support@coachifyusa.com.

Legal Compliance: To comply with federal and state laws (e.g., FCRA for background checks, CCPA for California data rights).

Marketing: To send promotional emails, notifications, or ads, subject to your opt-out preferences.
